The CAPS Literary Salon: A Narrative Therapy Group, Tuesdays 4:15-5:15pm

Facilitated by Tamanna Rahman, psychiatric APRN and Jonathan Perlow, CAPS doctoral extern. Time to read & write with a therapeutic focus. Explore issues of identity, relationships, and emotional struggles by engaging with the written word. Each session we will watch a literary performance, discuss how it resonates with our own lives, then have a short freewriting session with time to share after. Please email trahman@wesleyan.edu if interested.

Meditation & Awareness Practice, Wednesdays 4:30-5:15pm

In post meditation we will explore bringing our awareness practice into social dynamics, as we move into a discussion space where students can share their own wisdom, ask questions, bring curiosities, and/or raise concerns. Please email jperlow@wesleyan.edu if interested.
