Student Activities and Leadership Development (SALD) is offering a three part workshop called Strengths Based Leadership. Often we are told to focus on correcting our weakness, but what if we shifted the focus and talked about what we are naturally good and talented in? This workshop is rooted in CliftonStrengths (https://www.gallupstrengthscenter.com/home/en-us/cliftonstrengths-for-individuals), and will focus on discovering the things that make you unique. Through this series you will learn how to maximize your natural abilities and turn them into strengths. Over 3 million people have used the results of the Strengths assessment and have applied the information to their everyday life.
If you are interested in participating in this series, please complete the application here. Deadline to apply is Monday, October 15th. Space is limited, and students will be notified by October 16th.
Session dates and times are: October 24th @noon, November 7th @noon, and November 28th @noon. Lunch will be provided for all sessions.
