Student Activities and Leadership Development (SALD) is offering a three part workshop called Strengths Based Leadership. Often we are told to focus on correcting our weakness, but what if we shifted the focus and talked about what we are naturally good and talented in? This workshop is rooted in CliftonStrengths (https://www.gallupstrengthscenter.com/home/en-us/cliftonstrengths-for-individuals), and will focus on discovering the things that make you unique. Through this series you will learn how to maximize your natural abilities and turn them into strengths. Over 3 million people have used the results of the Strengths assessment and have applied the information to their everyday life.

Session dates and times are: October 24th @noon, November 7th @noon, and November 28th @noon. Lunch will be provided for all sessions.

Student Activities and Leadership Development (SALD) will be hosting workshops this week and next to better help you plan events on campus. We will walk you through Room Request (EMS) and the process of how to register a Social Event. We will also answer any questions you have on budgeting, funding and advertising for your event. If you have found the process confusing or overwhelming we strongly encourage you to attend one of the workshops below. We’re here to help!
